Class Information

• All ticket reservations and class registrations are processed through our online system.

• Students may register online by credit/debit card, or by cash/check at the Art Center 3 calendar days prior to the class.

• If there are still seats available the day of class, students may register at class on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If minimum seating is not met for an event, the Art Center may choose to cancel an event.  This is generally done 3 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation notices must be received before 12 noon, at least 3 calendar days prior to the date of the class in order for a full refund to be issued.

• If less than three days’ notice is provided, no refund will be given unless a waiting list exists for the event and your seat can be filled by another guest.

• 3% credit card fee is non-refundable.

Interested in teaching a class a the Art Center?

• Please send us an email at pinecenterforthearts@gmail.com or email our class coordinator, Nadia Honary-Satriano directly.

• Click the link to view our signup form for new instructors. Instructors selected by Pine Center for the Arts are engaged as independent contractors. 

• Instructor’s compensation will be 80% of the Class Fees collected from students of the class(es).  Pine Center for the Arts will retain 20% of the Class Fees to cover marketing & administrative time.   

• Compensation will be made to the instructors by check within 15 business days of the completion of the final session of a class.

• Instructors working with students 18 years of age or younger are required to have a background check.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may affect your eligibility for future classes offered through the Initiative Grant.
